ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused No.3, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 281, 125(a) of BNS, 2023 @ 281, 106(2), 238 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No. 318 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier anticipatory bail petition was dismissed on merits by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17595 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 and there are no change in circumstances.
