ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417 and 376(i) of IPC, in Crime No.27 1/3

of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the defacto complainant fell in love with each other for the past two years and on the false promise of marriage, the petitioner committed sexual intercourse with defacto complainant and thereafter, refused to marry her.

3. Considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioner, this Court dismissed the earlier petition filed by the petitioner. 4.Now without any change of circumstances, this petition has been filed.
