RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honble Court passed in Crl.OP(MD) No.17675/2024 dt. 18.10.2024 as appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchuli instead of appear before the Tiruppur Town Police Station,Tiruppur daily at 10.30 a.m. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VIJAYENDIRAN.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17675 of 2024, on 18.10.2024. 2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court only for four days by appearing before the Inspector of Police, Tirupur Town Police Station.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has to attend Court hearings at Ramnad, Tiruchuzhi and Virudhunagar District and therefore, the petitioner is not in a position to stay at Tirupur. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner will report before the respondent Police. 5.Taking into consideration of the above submissions and the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in paragraph No.5(ii) to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 05.30 p.m., until further orders. 2/3
