This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to file final report in Cr.No.140/2023, on the file of second respondent.

2.A Status report filed by the second respondent was submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). As per the status report it is stated that the investigation is now underway. Some of the persons were suspected to be involved in this crime. They are taking all endeavours to trace the accused person. So prays time.

3.In view of the above said status report, a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
