Decree:- This Appeal suit came up for hearing on Wednesday, the Tenth day of April, Two Thousand and Nineteen, upon perusing the Memorandum of grounds of Appeal, and upon perusing the Judgment and Decree of the Trial Court and the material papers available to this case and upon hearing the arguments of Mrs.P.Jessi Jeeva Priya for M/s G.Aravinthan, Advocate for the Appellants, and of Mr. D.Saravanan, Advocate for the First Respondent herein and the Respondents 2 to 7 are not appearing either in person or through Advocate, and having stood over for consideration till this day, this Court while dismissing the Appeal doth order and decree as follows:

1. That the Judgment and Decree dated 26.07.2013 made in O.S. No.95 of 2008 on the file of the District Court, Kanniyakumari at Nagercoil be and hereby is confirmed and the Appeal Suit is dismissed;

2. And that the parties be and hereby are directed to bear their respective Cost.
