After filing a revision petition before the first respondent, the petitioner seeks the expeditious disposal thereof.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice for the first and second respondents. The petitioner has placed on record a copy of the revision petition filed in the year 2024. The third and fourth respondents are the respondents therein.

3. In view of the nature of the relief claimed by the petitioner, the Writ Petition is being disposed of without notice to the private respondents. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the Revision Petition in Ni See2/2903/2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the third and fourth respondents herein. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
