After submitting an application for survey of the land in Survey No.23/2E5, present Writ Petition was filed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on a sale deed dated 14.05.1983 and patta No.444 to assert the petitioner's right to have a survey conducted in respect of the relevant land.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the survey would be conducted within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The petitioner had filed the sale deed dated 14.05.1983 in his favour and the patta issued to him in respect of the relevant survey number. In the circumstances, the petitioner has made out a case to consider the request for conduct of the survey. The third respondent 2/4

appears to have objected to the conduct of such survey. Therefore, it is just and necessary that the third respondent's objection be considered in this regard. Such objection shall be considered by the first and second respondents before taking a decision.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to act on the petitioner's application dated 21.07.2025 seeking survey after putting the petitioner and the third respondent on notice and considering their objections, if any.
