PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No. 9063/A1/2024 dated 10.10.2024 and quash the same in so far as the inclusion of the 6th respondent herein alone and further direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to take appropriate action forthwith on petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2024.

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action on the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that considering the petitioner's representation, a direct enquiry has already been conducted by the third respondent on 30.09.2024 and 07.10.2024 and it was found that the 2/4

allegation made by the petitioner is baseless and there is no prima facie case in the said complaint.
