PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in his notice in Na.Ka.No.4490/2025/C1, dated 25.08.2025 and quash the same as without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent not to interfere in the peaceful possession in old S.No.63/1 and New Survey No. 63/92, situated at Pachanaickenpatti village, Palani Taluk, Dindigul District within the period stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

By asserting that the petitioner belongs to the Adi Dravidar Community and the patta was duly issued to the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed challenging an enquiry notice dated 25.08.2025. 2.Given the fact that the challenge is to an enquiry notice, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. Even proceeding on the basis that the petitioner was entitled to the patta, it is always open to the petitioner to submit all relevant documents and justify the issuance of patta to her. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected writ miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
