ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated 10.08.

2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Sub Judge, Sattur vide the letter in D.No.202/2024 dated 08.02.2024 this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.114 of 2021. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 10.08.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in I.A.No.

O.S.No.114 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sattur, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Thereafter, it was extended. Now the learned Subordinate Judge, requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Subordinate Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, one month time is granted for disposing I.A.No.1 of 2022 in O.S.No.114 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sattur, is directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay.
