ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the entire records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No. 109 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Inspector of police, Valangaiman Police station, Thiruvarur District and quash the same as illegal.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that after bifurcation of Tanjavur District, now the first respondent comes under Thiruvarur District. He further submitted that this matter may be filed before the Principal Seat at Chennai.

3. In view of the above said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file a petition before the Principal Seat. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
