Defendants 2 to 4 Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned District Munsif Court, Devakottai, to dispose the O.S.No.49 of 2021 dated 16.08.2021 as expeditiously within a stipulated time fixed by this Court and allow this civil revision petition.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 1/3

31.07.2023 and the the requisition letter submitted by the District Munsif (Full additional Charge), Devakottai, Sivagangai District in D.No.34/2024 dated 06.02.2024 seeking further extension of six months time to dispose the case in O.S.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Devakottai,this Court made the following order:- " This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in O.S.No.49 of 2021. 2.This Court already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 31.07.2023 and directed the trial Court to dispose of the case in O.S.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif, Devakottai, Sivagangai District within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. Now the learned District Munsif requests further time to dispose of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, six months time is granted for disposing the suit in O.S.No.49 of 2021 on the file of the the District Munsif, Devakottai, Sivagangai District. The learned trial Judge is 2/3

directed to comply with the directions of this Court, without any further delay. "
