Joel Paul Antony, For Respondent : Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.27 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section Sections 5(m), 5(g), 6(1), 19, 21(1) of POCSO and 65(2), 70(1) of BNS Act in Crime No.27 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.This is a third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners. This Court was not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners on earlier two occasions. Therefore, the earlier petitions were dismissed as withdrawn. There is absolutely no change in circumstances to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Therefore, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 2/3
