2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. The detenu has been produced before us. She is a minor girl aged 17 years. She expressed her desire to go with her parents. We suitably counselled the mother also.

3. Recording the said subsequent development, this Habeas Corpus petition stands disposed of.
