This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.436 of 2020 pending on the file of the first 1/4

respondent Police as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court and the same has been challenged before this Court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
