O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a direction to expedite the investigation in connection with the Crime No.17 of 2023 and to file a final report pending on the file of the second respondent within a stipulated time.

2. According to the petitioner, he is the defacto complainant in this case and based on his complaint, F.I.R in Crime No.17 of 2023 has been registered for the offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304(A) of IPC. Thereafter, no proper investigation has been conducted and so far, no final report has been filed. Hence, he has filed this petition.

3. The Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that already they completed the investigation and filed the final report on 04.12.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

same was already filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur, nothing survives for further adjudication. In view of the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
