2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in a similar case, this Court vide common order dated 19.01.2026 passed in C.M.P.(MD) Nos.13801 & 13802 of 2025 in W.A. (MD) SR Nos.66114 & 66115 of 2025, has condoned the delay and dismissed the writ appeals. In view of the said submission, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 631 days in filing the above writ appeals is condoned.
4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order.
