ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry into the matter which is matrimonial dispute.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent in respect of matrimonial dispute between the second respondent and the petitioner enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and yet another complaint was given by the petitioner before the Aundipatti All Women Police Station and both the complaints were closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaints have been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
