Side) O RDER This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to Provide Police Protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though anticipatory bail application was moved by the respondents 3 to 7 was dismissed, no proper action was taken by the second respondent. But they are making trouble to withdraw the above said complaint. The representation was made on 14.10.2023. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side) would submit that enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.607 of 2023 and notice has been ordered to the parties.

4.Let the representation of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of 15 days by summoning the petitioner as well as the private respondents by ascertaining the ground situation, on merits. 2/4
