The Criminal Original Petition is filed with a prayer to call for the records on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Melur, Madurai District, in STC No.328 of 2023.

2.It is seen that the matter is settled in mediation. As a matter of fact, it was originally agreed that the petitioner will pay Rs.2,89,979/- on or before 31.03.2024 and the same is also said to have been paid and the petitioner has also acknowledged the same.

3.In view thereof, the Criminal Original Petition is ordered as settled in mediation, is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement and the terms of compromise shall form part and parcel of this order.
