The petitioners seek for quashing of the impugned F.I.R in Crime No.362 of 2025, on the file of the 1st Respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Kovilpatti and the same has been taken on file as C.C.No. 445 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the Final Report, if so advised.
