This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Raja Aswin, CSR.No.1144 of 2022 came to be registered and after enquiry, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
