Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner complains that the mistake had taken place during UDR in respect of the petition-mentioned property. It is the District Revenue Officer who is competent to make corrections, if required. The petitioner appears to have moved the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. The second respondent is directed to forward the papers to the first respondent. The petitioner also shall parallelly file a fresh application before the first respondent. On such application is being filed, the first respondent is directed to pass final order on the petition mentioned application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall put all the interested parties on notice before passing final order. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
