ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7680 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5323 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.479 of 2025 dated 19.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

It is not in dispute that the condition No.8(ii) imposed originally was modified in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7680 of 2025 on 19.06.2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the Inspector of Police, SPE CBI ACB, Chennai, RC MA 1 2007 (A) 003, once in a week i.e., on the first working day of the week at 10.30 a.m.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would also concede the same.

5. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.7680 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.5323 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.479 of 2025, dated 19.06.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
