This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 112 days in filing Crl.R.C.(MD)SR.No.36528 of 2024 against the order made in Cr.M.P.No.2295 of 2024, dated 26.03.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.VI, Madurai.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.

3.I have perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to condone the delay, but on terms. Hence, this petition will be allowed on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) by the petitioner to the credit of the District Siddha Medical Officer CCRI PKM, A/C.No.10767823177, IFSC CODE : SBIN0000898, MICR CODE : 625002601, State Bank of Indida, Periyakulam for the welfare of the Siddha Clinic attached to this Court on or before 26.11.2024. 4.List the matter on 27.11.2024 under the caption "for reporting compliance". sd/- 12/11/2024 / TRUE COPY / /11/2024 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
