ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble P.VELMURUGAN J.) The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 10.02.2025 passed in W.P. (MD)No.3694 of 2025.
2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that this Court, by its order dated 10.02.2025, directed the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 14.10.2024, filed by the petitioner and to pass appropriate orders. Pursuant to the said direction, the second respondent, vide proceedings dated 02.05.2025, has considered the petitioner's representation and passed appropriate orders. The learned Special Government Pleader has also circulated a copy of the order passed by the second respondent.
3. Recording the said submission, this contempt petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the order dated 02.05.2025, passed by the second respondent.
