Prayer : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397 r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to the order in Crl.M.P.No.5872 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirapalli, dated 07.12.2019 in Crime No.497 of 2019, dated 26.10.2019 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order in Cr.M.P.No.5872 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirapalli, dated 07.12.2019 in Crime No.497 of 2019, dated 26.10.2019 on the file of the respondent police and set aside the same.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.5377 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Trichirapalli, dated 21.11.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strong objection to relax the condition.

4.Keeping in view of the fact that the petitioner is regularly comply with the condition, the condition imposed by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.R.C(MD)No.931 of 2019 trial Court is relaxed in toto. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed.
