When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the first respondent as well as the learned counsel for the one of the private respondents produced copy of the proceedings dated 26.03.2024 issued by the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Tirunelveli Region. The petitioner had already filed an appeal before the said authority, questioning the order impugned in this writ petition. The petitioner's appeal 2/4
has been been allowed. Nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
