PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C, to modify the condition to that effect that the Petitioner shall appear and sign before the Thiruppachethi Police Station daily at 10.30 am instead of appearing before the Kadambur Police Station daily at 10.30 am order imposed in Cr.M.P.No.11965 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.

This Petition is filed to modify the condition to that effect that the Petitioner shall appear and sign before the Thiruppachethi Police Station daily at 10.30 am instead of appearing before the Kadambur Police Station daily at 10.30 am order imposed in Cr.M.P.No.11965 of 2022, dated 11.11.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti.

2.This Petition is filed before this Court without approaching the Court concerned, which has granted order. Hence, this petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to file a petition before the Court concerned.
