ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the respondent police give necessary police protection for the petitioner's life and limb based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.10.2022.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent was summoned and after enquiry, the petitioner herself has given a letter dated 10.11.2022 stating that they would settle their dispute through the civil Court and recording the submission, the complaint was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
