Mr.S.Lawrence Vimalraj, who appeared pro bono for the petitioner in this Habeas Corpus Petition, states that the missing lady along with the two minor children were secured by the respondent police and handed over their custody to the petitioner and therefore, the

petitioner has no further grievance to be redressed through this Habeas Corpus Petition.
