The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.514 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
