O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to approve the appointment of the petitioner which was made by the fourth respondent school by conducting interview as per the proceedings of the first respondent vide M.S.No.1045/A4/2017, dated 09.04.2017 and by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2021, within a stipulated period.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she participated in the selection process to the post of Full Time Vocational Teacher in the fourth respondent school and got appointed on 28.08.2017. The grievance of 2/6

the petitioner is that she was not paid with salary from the date of her appointment. When the petitioner approached the respondents 1 to 3, it was informed that the appointment of the petitioner was not approved. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation on 29.07.2021 requesting the respondents to approve her appointment. Since the same was not considered so far, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.07.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, has no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 29.07.2021 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 02.01.2023 PM NCS:Yes/No Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No 4/6
