ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to any other competent investigation officer based on the petitioner's representation, dated 30.06.2025. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.43 of 2023, a final report has been filed in C.C.No.476 of 2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

3. Since investigation is completed and Final Report has already been filed, prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the above said Final Report, it is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in manner known to law.
