This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.10.2022, as per Section 77-A of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act and pass appropriate order, after giving opportunity to all the parties concerned.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the petition mentioned property is the ancestral property of the petitioner. But the same has been fraudulently registered in the name of the third parties. Hence, the petitioner has made a representation dated 14.10.2022, to the first respondent seeking to cancel all the fraudulent documents. But the same has not been considered till date. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard Mr.M.C.Swamy learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.R.A.Ramachandran, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for respondents 1 & 2.

Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.10.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
