This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.134 of 2024 dated 30.08.2024 on the file of the respondent No.1 police station under sections 189(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1)(i) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 and quash the same as illegal.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppuvanam, in C.C.No.232 of 2025. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
