ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order in IA NO.60/2022 in HMOP No.52/2022 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Usilampatti.
2. The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband and their marriage was solemnized on 02.12.2019 and they were blessed with a girl child and 1/4
since there is a matrimonial discard, the respondent filed HMOP No.52/2022 for divorce and he has also filed IA No.60/2022 claiming visitation rights. The trial Court vide its order impugned permitted the respondent to see his child in the Court premises monthly once. Apart from that Rs.5,000/- was ordered to be deposited in the Court per month for visitation expenses and on such deposit being made, the respondent is permitted to see the child every month. Challenging the same, the petitioner is before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the respondent is given visitation rights, he will create unnecessary trouble to the petitioner and her family members and hence, prays for interference.
4. The learned counsel for the respondent on the other hand would submit that the respondent will not create any issue in the Court premises or in the residence of the petitioner and he will simply see his child by depositing the said amount as ordered by the trial Court.
5. I have considered the rival submissions and perused the materials available on record.

6. (*)''In view of the submission made and considering the age of the child/daughter, the trial Court has rightly ordered for visitation rights to the respondent/husband. However, the trial Court has not granted any interim maintenance. In view of the same,the petitioner is directed to comply with the order of the trial Court from the date of the petition to till date and further, he is directed to continue paying an additional sum of Rs.5,000/- along with the previously ordered Rs.5000/- thereby, making a total of Rs.10,000/- per month, with effect from 07.08.2025 onwards."
