2.Vide order dated 08.07.2024 in W.P.(MD)No.15029 of 2024, the Government was directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2024. Contending that this direction was not complied with, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced copy of G.O.(D).No.1548 Home (Prison - IV) Department, dated 23.12.2024. It is seen that the petitioner's representation has been rejected. It is for the petitioner to work out his rights in the manner known to law. 4.With the aforesaid liberty, this contempt petition is closed. (G.R.S. J.,) & (R.P.
