Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. It is not in dispute that the petition mentioned lands are patta lands of the writ petitioner. There is justification in the petitioner's request that sewage water is not let into the said patta lands.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents clarified that on the petition mentioned patta lands, sewage water will not be let in.

4. Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
