[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.,] (1)The present miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of 50% of the deposited amount in MCOP.No.16/2023 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal [Chief Judicial Magistrate], Sivagangai.

(2)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

(3)Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the miscellaneous petition is ordered and the petitioners are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the 1st respondent/Insurance Company, upon filing of the appropriate petition before the Court below.
