ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.05.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint was given by the petitioner's wife and that after enquiry, it was ordered to be closed on 05.11.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
