..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing 1st respondent to carry out necessary corrections in the petitioner's entire educational records by changing his father's name from Mr.Kannan to Mr.K.Sivakumar and correcting the petitioner's name by deleting the wrong initial K and 1/4

incorporating the correct name as S.Aadith and consequently to issue the corrected Transfer Certificate, Mark statements and all other educational certificates to the petitioner with the above corrections on the basis of his application dated 15.06.2023 submitted to the 2nd respondent through his Mother Anbukarasi and they forwarded the same to the 1st respondent through their letters dated 11.09.2023 and 19.12.2024 within the time that may be stipulated by this court.

ORDER
