ORDER

Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner states that survey in respect of the petition mentioned lands was conducted on 04.09.2023 but the survey certificate was not issued. Hence the present writ petition came to be filed.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that further survey is to be conducted on 15.11.2023 and that thereafter survey certificate as well as the survey sketch will be served on the petitioner.

4. Recording this submission, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
