of this Honble court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. MAHESWARAN R, Advocate for the petitioners in both cases and of Mr.A.Albert James, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in both cases the court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.11465 and 11549 of 2024 on 25.07.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11987 of 2024/A2 has complied with the condition for 72 days and the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11988 of 2024/A1 has complied with the condition for 80 days. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) further submitted that the investigation has almost been completed and final report will be filed at any time.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.11465 and 11549 of 2024 on 25.07.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in ten days at 10.30 a.m. till the police report is filed before 2/4

the concerned Court. Thereafter, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court during the dates of hearing without fail.

4.Accordingly, these petitions are ordered.
