O R D E R

After unsuccessfully submitting several applications for conduct of survey in respect of Survey Nos.464/5 and 464/5 at Sooriyur Revenue Village, Thiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District, the petitioner has presented this writ petition.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner relies on sale deed dated 09.03.2011 and jonit patta issued on 12.07.2024 bearing Patta No.1090 and 1220. He also submits that the survey was not conducted by stating that objections were raised without providing any particulars thereof.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that one Thiru. Chinnaraj has filed O.S.No.583 of 2022 before the civil Court and that such suit is pending. Without prejudice, he submits that the petitioner's request would be considered and disposed of on merits.

4. In view of the submissions of learned Additional Government Pleader that one Chinnaraj has filed a civil suit in relation to the relevant property, it is necessary that the said Chinnaraj be put on notice and that his objections be considered.

5. Subject to such condition, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application on merits within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
