RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.MP(MD) No.4407/2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.210 of 2019 dated 28.09.2019. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.AJU TAGORE, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R1 & R2 and None appeared for R3 either in person or through by an Advocate for R3, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4407 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.210 of 2019 on 28.09.2019.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4407 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.210 of 2019 on 28.09.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.11142 of 2019 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4.There is no representation on behalf of the third respondent. 5.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD) No.4407 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.210 of 2019 on 28.09.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court monthly once i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
