This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the second respondent, enquiry was conducted and that after enquiry, it was ordered to be closed.
