O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.526 of 2022, dated 16.12.2022 from the third respondent to any other officer or wing.

2. Perusal of CD file shows that most part of the investigation is completed. The diary, dated 17.12.2022, shows that after the statement obtained from the petitioner, he is living in Hyderabad.

3. Let the petitioner appear before the respondents herein and give further statement to complete the process of investigation.

4. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that some of the accused persons left the occurrence village.

5. The grievance that is expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, cannot be taken into account at this stage. The petitioner can wait till completion of the investigation process. Only after conclusion of the investigation, whether grievance of the petitioner is addressed or not can be found out. It is too a premature stage to make observation with regard to the above said issue.

6. Let the above said trial process be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, for which, the petitioner must be co-operate.

7. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
