ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere in a civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and consider her explanation, dated 12.08.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint lodged by the third respondent, an enquiry is pending to ascertain whether any cognizable offence is made out against the third respondent. He would further submit that the said enquiry will be completed within a period of two weeks and that the respondent Police will not interfere in civil disputes.

3. Recording the above submissions, the second respondent is directed to conduct the enquiry on the complaint given by the third respondent and complete the same within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the result of the enquiry to the petitioner and the third respondent.
