ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC, in S.C.No.146 of 2022, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as A4 in S.C.No.146 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 506(ii) and 307 of IPC.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.146 of 2022, on the file of the Sub Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 08.12.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner for non-appearance before the trial Court and the case is listed for hearing on 20.11.2024 and also considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Sub Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District, on 2/3

20.11.2024 and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
